About us
There's no place like home
We're a family-run team working from John Eccles House in Littlemore, and our purpose is simple: to keep older people in Oxfordshire living in their own homes, with a resident carer by their side.

Our approach
Choosing care is one of the most important decisions a family makes. We take time to understand the person at the centre of it - their history, their routines, the small things that make a day feel right - before we suggest anyone.
We work as an introductory agency, the model the Care Quality Commission recognises under the Health and Social Care Act 2008. We source, check and introduce carers; the decision about who joins your household is always yours.
What guides us
- Home first
- We start from the belief that most people are happiest, and often healthiest, in their own homes.
- Chosen, not allocated
- Carers are introduced on the basis of character and interests as well as skills - and you decide.
- Consistency
- We aim for long, settled relationships, with familiar cover when carers take their breaks.
- Candour
- Clear prices, regular updates and honest advice, including when another option would serve you better.
We'd be glad to hear from you
Our Littlemore office is open 9am to 10pm, every day of the year.
